NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI AEETE (hereinafter referred to as 'the Provider') is the sole owner and exclusively makes available the Qualex website - legal database (www.qualex.gr) (hereinafter referred to as 'Qualex'), including all contents, data, services and software provided thereon and/or therethrough.

Access to the content is allowed to authorized users (subscribers) only, using special passwords under a special contract.

The remaining website/database pages, and any part of the content that the provider has chosen to make freely available, are available to visitors/users under the following terms and conditions and such visitors/users are invited to read these terms and conditions carefully and to visit/make use of the relevant pages and/or services only if they accept the terms and conditions fully and unequivocally, and to otherwise abstain fro using the relevant services and content.

These terms of use shall be subject to amendment without prior notice; visitors/users should therefore regularly visit this page, in order to be informed  of any amendments to the terms of use.

(b) The domain name 'www.qualex.gr' has been legally registered in the database of the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) and 'Qualex' is a legally registered EU trademark; both are therefore protected under the relevant applicable provisions of Greek and European law on intellectual and industrial property.

(c) All use, republishing, reproduction and copying  for commercial exploitation in any way whatsoever of the content and services of the above website is expressly prohibited without the Provider's prior permission in writing.

PROVISION OF SERVICES AND CONTENT & AVAILABILITY

While using its best efforts to the contrary, Qualex does not warrant that its website (www.qualex.org), as well as any information and/or service contained therein, will be available in an uninterrupted way and/or free of error. Furthermore, it does not warrant that its website, as well as the servers through which the website's contents and services are made available to visitors/users, are free of possible problems that may be caused by the presence of viruses or other harmful components.

Qualex reserves the right to modify and/or temporarily or permanently discontinue part or all of the website services and/or to disable or restrict access to free content with or without notice to visitors/users, provided there is a compelling reason for this.

Should this instance occur, visitors/users hereby acknowledge that they shall hold the Provider harmless from and against all liability of any kind.

APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The visitors/users of this website must comply with the applicable rules and provisions on telecommunications under Greek, EU and International Law. In this context, the visitors/users hereof shall be exclusively liable for any damage caused hereto or to the network in general by acts resulting from misuse and/or improper use of this website's pages and/or services by its visitors/users.

These terms of use, including any amendments thereto, shall be governed by Greek and EU law, as well as by any relevant international conventions and agreements.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of this website shall be submitted to mediation under the Mediation Rules of the EODID Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organization (EODID, www.eodid.org). If the dispute or controversy or claim, or any part thereof, is not resolved by mediation, the dispute, controversy or claim, or its unresolved part, shall be resolved by an arbitral tribunal, appointed pursuant to and acting under the EODID Arbitration Rules. This med-arb clause shall remain effective regardless of the validity of these terms of use, until all the above disputes or controversies or claims have been resolved.
